Thank you for shopping with Deal On Filters. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase products from dealonfilters.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully authorized and received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of increased order volume, severe weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.
Shipping Destinations
Deal On Filters currently ships to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not routinely offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services unless specifically stated during checkout.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping options are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your shipping address, product availability, and package size.

- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination, shipping method selected, package weight, and promotional offers that may apply.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, products may ship separately depending on inventory availability or fulfillment location.
If multiple shipments are required, you will receive separate tracking information for each package when applicable.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Carrier delays
- Public holidays
- High shipping volume

Deal On Filters is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update your shipping information before your order is shipped; however, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend that you:
- Check around your delivery location.
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the recorded delivery date so we can assist in investigating the matter with the carrier.
Claims for lost packages are subject to carrier investigation procedures.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Photographs of the original shipping packaging
Please retain all packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other customer-related reasons may be subject to return shipping charges.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss for products purchased from Deal On Filters transfer to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
